About the show

Starting production in the spring 2009, “La Bella Vida” is still in its formative years but quickly developing. The Television show is a student run talk show dedicated to educating, entertaining and enlightening Texas State students and the San Marcos community.

About the creators

Founded in 2009 by Ashley N. Flores & Laura Coria

"La Bella Vida" television show is a product of Ashley and Laura’s love for journalism, television and their culture. With the help of the Texas State National Association of Hispanic Journalist, their idea to produce a bilingual television show became a reality this past spring.

About NAHJ

The National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) is dedicated to the recognition and professional advancement of Hispanics in the news industry. An organization founded in 2008 by faculty advisor, Federico Subervi, a distinguished Texas State University professor, and Texas State student Laura Coria.
